New York State Seal History
Did you know that the New York state seal was adopted in 1778 with minor revisions since? The seal is comprised of an eagle on top of a globe and in the center a shield with a mast ship and the Hudson River (symbols of commerce). There are two female figures; the left represents Lady Liberty and the right Lady Justice with the motto “Excelsior”, Latin for “Ever Upward”. As early as 1625, the New York Police Department was established and since has evolved into a leading police agency. The seal of the state of New York has many intricate designs within each badge and departments. We can personalize your law enforcement & firefighter badge jewelry by adding a gemstone in place of the state seal.

We believe our hand crafted pieces are the finest in the market! But don’t take our word for it, judge for yourself. Every badge is carefully reproduced to duplicate each department’s specific look. The process takes up to a week for a single badge, whether done in gold or silver.

We have many different options available when ordering your badge pendant jewelry from inking to enameling, two-tone effects, reverse side inscriptions, 2-sided flip styles, and even adding diamonds and/or birthstones. The possibilities are truly endless!
